Adjusters   Use the CMS to accept new claim assignments, track and report all claim activities, and submit completed claims and all associated documents.
Carriers   Access the CMS to assign claims, view all activities on assigned claims, examine and accept completed claim files, and access reports which provide valuable information about their claims
Policyholders   Policyholders can access the CatManDo website to get important information about disaster preparation, wind mitigation measures, weather alerts.
CatManDo   CatManDo employees and management use the CMS to control Time in Process, get real-time claims activity information, and manage the adjustment of claims from beginning to end. CatManDo CMS also has powerful reporting capabilities, enabling us to provide critical information to our customers and state regulators about compliance and performance
 
 
CatManDo CMS ACD

CatManDo CMS Adjuster Communications Database (CatManDo CMS ACD) is a subsystem which has been developed to provide rapid and systematic communications and direction to adjusters at all times, but most importantly, just before and during catastrophe situations. It has been developed to allow CatManDo to notify its team of catastrophe adjusters of important developments and instructions, and to track their responses and readiness. Among its capabilities:

Functions to maintain and track an extensive database of catastrophe adjusters and their status, from the initial stages of recruiting and screening, thru testing, contracting, background checks, and ultimate deployment.
Automated email notification capabilities which contact adjusters, request readiness status, track demographics and capabilities of those that respond positively, and then provide specific instructions on when and where to deploy.
Automated and fast data gathering capabilities, including web-based adjuster profiles, resume and sample submission, and online forms and contracts to ease the process of getting on board with CatManDo during a catastrophe.
