Ques :	Is there any special software that needs to be installed on my computer to use CatManDo CMS?

Ans :	No, the CMS is a web based system. You only need a browser, an internet connection, and a user-id and password to take advantage of its capabilities.

Ques :	Is there any cost to use the CMS?
Ans :	All of CatManDo’s customers, partners, adjusters, vendors and other authorized associates may use our CMS free of charge


	Ques :	Can carriers use the CatManDo CMS to submit and track their claims?
	Ans :	Yes, Insurance carriers that use CatManDo adjusting and Third Party Administration services have full access to information about their claims, including all activities, reports, documents, and claim specific communications throughout the life of the claim.

	Ques :	Can interfaces be built between the CMS and other insurance related applications?
	Ans :	Yes, there are easy access points, and industry standard constructs in the CMS that provide for quick and efficient interfaces with other policy administration systems, claims management systems, or any system where it is beneficial to exchange data with CatManDo.

	Ques :	Can policyholders report a claim or get claim information in the CMS?
	Ans :	At this time, policyholders can get information about reporting claims, preparing for disasters, mitigating damage when an event occurs, or other important information to be better informed. We do not currently allow access to the CMS for policyholders.
