Chuck Ross, President

Chuck’s extensive experience in the property claims field has helped turn CatManDo into an industry leader in only six years. He has worked in this area of the business for over 25 years and has extensive experience in catastrophe claims. Chuck has managed hurricane, earthquake, tornado, hail and fire storm losses. He served as the National Field Manager for GEICO and was the designated property auditor for USAA. Chuck values the time spent working with large carriers but is now devoted to his dream of creating a superior, full-service, claims management business: an organization that delivers fair and fast settlements to policyholders but values insurer resources as if they were his own.
