One of our company credos concerning our employees is “You can’t blame ’em if you don’t train ‘em”. Our adjusters benefit from our customized training which is one of the most comprehensive and consistent training program in the industry. But the training doesn’t stop there.
Carriers working with CMD have always benefited from the individualized training and support we offer: training brought about through the impressive length and breadth of experience amassed by the CMD leadership team. Our leadership team consistently offers valuable insights to both new and experienced insurance entities.
Oh, and what about the name CatManDo? Back during Chuck’s days performing “CAT Duty” in the field, he consistently outperformed all of the other catastrophe team adjusters. Of course, he had to boast a little during nightly calls to his wife Shelley. Being big fans of rocker Bob Seger, and particularly his song Katmandu, she eventually came upon a way of praising his efforts by saying “cat man do honey, cat man do!”
Needless to say, the name CatManDo caught on.
